The Most Dangerous Word in an Argument

How bad do you want your words to sting when you’re arguing with someone?

Are you arguing to win

Or are you trying to make the other person feel like sh*t just because they disagree with you?

How do we do this?

We try to make our words as personal as possible.

We want to make sure our words cut deep under your skin.

That’s right, it’s “You.

Am I talking to you, the person who’s reading this?

Nope.

It’s a word I’m using at this very moment

And it can be used as a devastating flamethrower during an argument.

Be careful when you say this word,

Especially when it’s tempting to place the blame on someone.

“We failed because of… YOU.”

“It’s YOUR fault this happened.”

Don’t you get it?

What should you do then?

Use it to compliment.
