The "Observing Ego" and Your Mental Health

How many times have we pondered about how we could’ve handled a situation differently?

Some of us dwell and ruminate on these scenarios.

Some of us recreate new events in our mind that may never take place.

There’s a concept we can practice today that can help us become more mindful.

We’re able to catch ourselves in the moment and determine the right thing to say or do.

We must understand our “Observing Ego.”

Your Observing Ego is like having your own coach giving you great advice.

This coach can be the best future version of yourself you aspire to be.

See it this way:

Your coach can record the moment and play it on a big screen TV for your friends and family to watch.

Pause during these moments.

Allow your coach to make better decisions for you.
